How We Make Money

Casino General is free to read. We are paid a commission by some casinos when a reader signs up through one of our links.

How affiliate links work here

• Every paid link is marked “Affiliate link” next to it.
• Partner cards are marked “Partner” and show the casino’s licence status. Each review shows our position on the casino, including “We do not recommend”, next to its link.
• Casinos cannot pay for a review, a score or a position in a list.
• Commercial agreements are handled separately from reviews. Reviewers do not see commission rates.

What this means for you

A commission never changes a verdict. If a casino we earn from stops paying players, it is moved to “We do not recommend”, and the review says why.
