Betsio Review

Not yet tested Anjouan licence · in register

Betsio is a casino launched in 2025 with an Anjouan licence listed in the public register, though the listed end date has already passed. AskGamblers rates it well, while Trustpilot is poor at 2.5/5. Not yet tested: no verdict until our own withdrawal test.

Good for: players who want relatively high withdrawal limits and a licensee named in the register

Avoid if: you are put off by a 40x welcome bonus or by withdrawal complaints on Trustpilot

Our Position

Not yet tested — no verdict until our own withdrawal test. Betsio is in the register and we found no confirmed unpaid-winnings case, but two points keep us cautious: a licence period that appears to have lapsed, and a sharply divided Trustpilot record.

The official site returned an access error to our fetch, so we have not read its terms. Details come from the register and third-party sites.

Licence and Who Runs It

We checked the Anjouan public register on 30 October 2026. It lists licence ALSI-202410047-FI2 for TESSERA LIMITED SRL, status 'valid', for 18 October 2024 to 17 October 2026, covering betsio.com. AskGamblers also names Tessera Limited SRL as the operator, and gives 2025 as the launch year.

The listed expiry date, 17 October 2026, had already passed when we checked, yet the register still showed 'valid'. We do not know whether a renewal is pending or the register has not been updated, and we will not guess. Confirm the current status before relying on it. Anjouan is an offshore licence.

Red Flags We Found

  • The licence end date in the register (17 October 2026) has passed, though the register still shows 'valid'.
  • Trustpilot is polarised, with 62% one-star reviews that mostly concern withdrawals and verification.

Neither flag proves non-payment, but each is a reason to check the licence and read the terms before depositing.

Welcome Bonus: What It Is Really Worth

The welcome offer is 100% up to EUR 10,000 plus 100 free spins (code BETSIO), with a EUR 20 minimum deposit. Wagering is 40x on the bonus, meaning you must bet 40 times the bonus amount before withdrawing bonus-related winnings. No maximum cash-out is published.

Worked example (slots at 100%, 96% RTP, 4% average loss): deposit EUR 100, bonus EUR 100. The base is the bonus alone, EUR 100, and 40x that is EUR 4,000 to bet. The average loss is EUR 160, so the expected balance is 100 + 100 – 160 = EUR 40.

That is EUR 60 less than the EUR 100 you put in, so on average the bonus costs money, though individual results vary widely. The EUR 10,000 ceiling needs a EUR 10,000 deposit, so the headline number is irrelevant for most players.

Deposits and Withdrawals

Payment methods are Visa, MasterCard, Neosurf, Skrill, Neteller, Paysafecard, MuchBetter, MiFinity and Flexepin, with bank wire for withdrawals. Crypto includes Bitcoin, Ethereum and Tether, about ten coins altogether.

AskGamblers gives withdrawal times of 0 to 24 hours for e-wallets, 0 to 72 hours for cards and 1 to 5 days for bank transfer. Limits are EUR 10,000 per transaction and per day, EUR 20,000 per week and EUR 60,000 per month, which is relatively high. The verification (KYC) policy is not published in our sources.

Some Trustpilot reviewers praise fast payouts, while others describe delays. Stated times are not measured times.

Games and Software

A Casino.org New Zealand page headlines more than 12,000 games, but that is an unverified affiliate claim. We have no confirmed game count, provider list, live casino or sportsbook information for Betsio, and no support or mobile details.

Who Can Play

No restricted-country list is available. Casino.org has a New Zealand review page, which suggests New Zealand players are served, though the operator has not confirmed it.

Whether the UK, US, Canada, Australia and Ireland are accepted is unknown. Check the terms for your country before registering.

What Players and Other Sites Say

AskGamblers gives Betsio a CasinoRank of 8.2/10 and a player rating of 9.8/10 from 58 reviews. It lists one complaint, about a EUR 900 card withdrawal left pending amid repeated bank statement requests, marked resolved.

On Trustpilot, betsio.com averages 2.5/5 from 66 reviews, with 62% one-star. Complaints cover withdrawal delays and rejections, verification holds, bonus disputes and vague support.

The gap between AskGamblers and Trustpilot is wide, and the sources do not explain it. One Trustpilot reviewer alleges bot-written five-star reviews, which is unverified.

Our Deposit and Withdrawal Test

We have not yet made a real-money deposit and withdrawal at Betsio. Until we do, Betsio has no score or rank, and nothing on this page describes our own experience of playing there.

The facts in this review come from the regulator's public register, where we confirmed its licence, from the casino's own terms and from public player reports, each listed under Sources. When we test Betsio, this section will give the date of the test, the payment method, the time it took to receive the withdrawal, the verification steps and how support answered.

Bottom Line

Betsio offers relatively high withdrawal limits and is named in the Anjouan register, but the licence period shown there has ended, the bonus carries 40x wagering, and Trustpilot is divided. We make no recommendation either way until our own withdrawal test, and we would want the licence status clarified first.

If you play, set a deposit limit before you start. Self-exclusion in your own country is not honoured by offshore casinos.
