Casoola Review
Casoola is an online casino with slots, live games and a sportsbook, listed by AskGamblers under Lumina Holdings Limitada. The name was used by an earlier Malta-licensed brand that closed in January 2023, and the current site has no verifiable licence. Our position: we do not recommend this casino.
Avoid if: you need a licence you can check and low withdrawal caps are a problem
Our Position
Our position: we do not recommend this casino.
The present Casoola is not the Malta-licensed brand that some search results still describe. It appears to be a relaunch under a different operator, with a Costa Rica listing that is not a recognised gambling licence, no published licence number and an AskGamblers complaint record that is mostly about payments.
Licence and Who Runs It
AskGamblers lists the current Casoola under Lumina Holdings Limitada and gives its licensing as 'Costa Rica Gambling'. We do not treat a Costa Rica company registration as a gambling licence, and no licence number is published in our sources. Some review pages mention an Anjouan licence, which we have not confirmed.
According to LCB, the earlier Casoola was run by Genesis Global Limited under a Malta Gaming Authority (MGA) licence and closed in January 2023. AskGamblers gives 2026 as the launch year of the current listing, although the brand dates back to around 2020. Many SEO pages still claim MGA or UKGC licences; these appear to refer to the old brand or are unreliable.
The official site, casoola.com, could not be accessed, so its terms are not reviewed here.
We searched the Anjouan public register for this brand’s name and domain on 30 October 2026 and found no entry.
Red Flags We Found
- Brand name reuse: the original Casoola closed in January 2023, and the current site has a different operator.
- No recognised gambling licence and no licence number.
- AskGamblers records 9 complaints, only 2 of them resolved, and flags the casino's listed email domain as using look-alike non-Latin characters.
Welcome Bonus: What It Is Really Worth
The offer is a 100% match up to EUR 500 plus 200 free spins, with a minimum deposit of EUR 20. Wagering is 35x on deposit plus bonus (d+b), meaning you must bet 35 times the combined amount before withdrawing. No maximum cash-out is published, and the free-spin terms are not in our sources.
Worked example, assuming slots count 100% and a 96% return to player (RTP), so the average loss is 4% of everything bet: deposit EUR 100 and receive a EUR 100 bonus. The wagering base is EUR 200, so total bets required are EUR 7,000 and the average loss is about EUR 280. The expected balance is EUR 200 minus EUR 280, or minus EUR 80: on average the whole balance, deposit included, is lost before the wagering ends, so the bonus costs money on average.
Deposits and Withdrawals
Listed methods include Mastercard, Paysafecard, Neteller, MiFinity, Revolut, Interac, Zimpler, CashtoCode and bank wire, with Visa and Skrill listed for withdrawals. Several cryptocurrencies are accepted, including Bitcoin and Ethereum. The general minimum deposit is EUR 10.
Stated withdrawal times are 0 to 24 hours for e-wallets, 0 to 1 hour for crypto, 1 to 5 days for cards and 3 to 7 days for bank transfer, with no weekend cash-outs. The limits are EUR 500 per day and EUR 7,000 per month, with a EUR 10 minimum withdrawal.
Verification must be completed before withdrawing, and the stated document review time is 24 to 48 hours.
Games and Software
The total game count is not stated, though more than 100 live games are mentioned. Named providers include Pragmatic Play, Playtech, Relax Gaming and Yggdrasil. The site has a live casino and a sportsbook, and is described as mobile-friendly.
Who Can Play
The sources list no restricted countries, and acceptance for the UK, US, Canada, Australia, Ireland and New Zealand is unknown. Currencies include EUR, USD, CAD, AUD and NZD, but that does not show players from those countries are accepted. Check the casino's terms for your country. Support is 24/7 live chat and email, English only.
What Players and Other Sites Say
AskGamblers gives the current Casoola a CasinoRank of 3.9/10 and shows no player reviews yet. Its complaints are mostly about payments, with an average response time of 3 days.
LCB scores the legacy brand 2.7/5 from 33 votes and marks that page 'Casoola Casino Closed in Jan 2023'. Trustpilot lists 236 reviews for casoola.com; the score is not in our sources, but search snippets show several 1-star reviews about pending withdrawals and closed accounts.
Our Deposit and Withdrawal Test
We have not yet made a real-money deposit and withdrawal at Casoola. Until we do, Casoola has no score or rank, and nothing on this page describes our own experience of playing there.
The facts in this review come from our search of the licence register, where we could not confirm its licence, from the casino's own terms and from public player reports, each listed under Sources. When we test Casoola, this section will give the date of the test, the payment method, the time it took to receive the withdrawal, the verification steps and how support answered.
Bottom Line
Casoola's licence cannot be verified, its bonus costs money on average, its withdrawal caps are low and its name invites confusion with a brand that closed in 2023. We do not recommend it.
Set a deposit limit before you play anywhere, and remember that self-exclusion in your own country is not honoured by offshore casinos.
