AskGamblers says CasperBets is licensed by the Curacao Gaming Control Board. The operator it names, Equinox Holding N.V., holds an active Curaçao licence, but no seal or register entry ties that licence to the casino's domain. The brand is new, has no player reviews on AskGamblers or Trustpilot, and caps withdrawals at EUR 500 a day. That combination leaves a player with little evidence of reliability.

Licence and Who Runs It

AskGamblers names Equinox Holding N.V. as the operator and the Curacao Gaming Control Board as the regulator, with a 2025 launch. We checked the Curaçao register on 30 October 2026: Equinox Holding N.V. holds licence OGL/2024/620/0878, status active. The register lists no domains, and we found no seal naming the casino's domain, so the link to CasperBets comes only from AskGamblers.

Most search results for the brand are spam pages claiming UKGC, MGA or Gibraltar licences, and no official source supports any of those claims.

Equinox Holding N.V. is in the Curaçao register, but we could not confirm that it runs CasperBets. A separate entity with a similar name, Equinox Dynamic N.V., was banned in Sweden in 2019. We found no evidence that the two are connected, but readers should know the similarity exists.

The official domain is assumed to be casperbets.com, based on a Trustpilot profile. The site could not be accessed during our research, so its terms are not reviewed here.
