Not yet tested — no verdict until our own withdrawal test.

Chanze's licence is in the register and our sources show no serious red flag, such as unpaid winnings or a regulator ban, so we are not warning readers away. Nor are we recommending it: almost everything we know about its terms comes from a single affiliate review.

Licence and Who Runs It

We checked the Anjouan public register on 30 October 2026. It lists licence ALSI-202606020-FI1 for the licensee Exceptiosoft LTD, status valid, from 12 June 2026 to 11 June 2027, with the domain chanze.io.

That licensee does not match the operator named by MightyTips, Rabocse SRL (some sources spell it Rabocase SRL), and we could not explain the difference.

Dates disagree too. Our sources also mention a licence issued in December 2024, which does not fit the register entry's June 2026 start; we rely on the register.

Red Flags We Found

• Anjouan is an offshore licence with lighter oversight than major regulators.
• The register licensee (Exceptiosoft LTD) differs from the operator named by MightyTips (Rabocse SRL).
• chanze.com only shows a 'site under development' message; chanze.io redirects to chanze777.io, which appears to be the operating site.
• Low-quality affiliate sites make contradictory licence claims, one of them naming MGA and UKGC without support.

Welcome Bonus: What It Is Really Worth

MightyTips describes a package of 650% up to EUR 6,500 (26,000 AED) over five deposits: 100% on the first, second, third and fifth, and 150% on the fourth. Those stages add up to 550%, not 650%. Each qualifying deposit must be at least EUR 50 (200 AED). Wagering is 30x, but the source does not say whether it applies to the bonus alone or to deposit plus bonus. No free spins or maximum cash-out are listed.

Worked example for the first deposit, assuming slots count 100% and a 96% return to player (RTP), so the average loss is 4% of everything bet: EUR 100 deposited earns a EUR 100 bonus. If 30x applies to the bonus only, you must bet EUR 3,000, the average loss is about EUR 120 and the expected balance is EUR 200 minus EUR 120, or EUR 80. If it applies to deposit plus bonus, you must bet EUR 6,000, the average loss is about EUR 240 and the expected balance is about minus EUR 40.

Either way the expected balance is below the EUR 100 deposit, so the bonus costs money on average: about EUR 20 in the better case and the whole deposit in the worse one.

Deposits and Withdrawals

Payment methods listed are Visa, Mastercard, bank transfer, Apple Pay (deposit only) and 16 cryptocurrencies, including Bitcoin and Ethereum. Currencies are EUR, AED and crypto. The overview minimum deposit is EUR 20 (100 AED), rising to EUR 50 for each welcome-bonus deposit.

MightyTips says withdrawals are processed within 24 hours at no fee. The minimum withdrawal is EUR 100 and the daily maximum is EUR 2,000. KYC rules were not found. These figures come from one affiliate source and we have not verified them.

Games and Software

The library is given as more than 6,000 games, almost all slots, with 1 blackjack, 5 roulette and 5 poker tables. Named providers are Novomatic, Pragmatic Play, Lucky Streak, IGT, Microgaming, Jili, WinFinity and Iconic21. There is a live casino and a sportsbook covering 40 or more sports, and a mobile-optimised site but no dedicated app.

Who Can Play

We found no restricted-country list and no confirmation of acceptance for the UK, US, Canada, Australia, Ireland or New Zealand. Check the casino's terms for your country. Support is mainly by email at an address said to be monitored 24/7; the 'live chat' reportedly routes to email.

What Players and Other Sites Say

The only rating we have is from MightyTips, which scores Chanze 8/10 and names limited table games and the lack of an app as its main weaknesses. As an affiliate site, it is a data point rather than an independent verdict.

AskGamblers, Casino Guru and LCB had no readable page on Chanze, so there are no independent complaint counts to report.

We have not yet made a real-money deposit and withdrawal at Chanze. Until we do, Chanze has no score or rank, and nothing on this page describes our own experience of playing there.

Bottom Line

Chanze's licence is in the register, but questions remain about who exactly operates it and how its bonus wagering works. Until our own withdrawal test, we have no verdict.

Set a deposit limit before you play anywhere, and remember that self-exclusion in your own country is not honoured by offshore casinos.
