Crownslots Review
Crownslots is a slots-led casino launched in 2024, with an Anjouan licence we found valid in the public register on 30 October 2026. Its payout limits and operator details differ between sources. Not yet tested — no verdict until our own withdrawal test.
Good for: players who want a large slots library at a casino with a licence confirmed in the register
Avoid if: you dislike high bonus wagering or long possible verification times
Our Position
Not yet tested — no verdict until our own withdrawal test.
The licence is confirmed and our sources show no serious red flag, such as unpaid winnings or a regulator ban. Some terms deserve a close read, though: the bonus rollover, a verification period that may reach 30 business days, and withdrawal limits that two sources describe differently.
Licence and Who Runs It
On 30 October 2026 we checked the Anjouan public register. It lists licence ALSI-202509073-FI2 for Metlait SRL, status valid, from 30 September 2025 to 29 September 2027, with the domain crownslots.com.
That matches AskGamblers and PokerListings, which name Metlait SRL as the operator. LCB shows both Hollycorn N.V. and Metlait SRL, and some descriptions pair Hollycorn with a Curacao licence while others pair Metlait with Tobique. The register entry supports the Metlait and Anjouan version, but the Hollycorn references remain unexplained.
The brand launched in 2024. The site could not be accessed during our research, so we have not read the official terms. Do not confuse it with the Australian-themed 'Crown Slots' on crown-slots.net, which appears to be a different site.
Red Flags We Found
- Operator and licensing details disagree between sources, although the register supports Metlait.
- High rollover: 40x the bonus, plus 3x deposit wagering before withdrawal according to LCB.
- LCB reports a EUR 10 monthly fee on accounts inactive for 12 months, and says the casino may close accounts at its discretion.
Welcome Bonus: What It Is Really Worth
The first deposit earns 100% up to EUR 800 plus 100 free spins, from a EUR 20 minimum deposit. According to LCB the spins are on Gates of Olympus, Sweet Bonanza, Bonanza Billion and Elvis Frog TRUEWAYS. AskGamblers and LCB both give wagering of 40x the bonus, meaning you must bet 40 times the bonus amount. No maximum cash-out is published.
Worked example, assuming slots count 100% and a 96% return to player (RTP), so the average loss is 4% of everything bet: deposit EUR 100 and receive a EUR 100 bonus. Bets required are 40 x EUR 100 = EUR 4,000, with an average loss of about EUR 160. The expected balance is EUR 200 minus EUR 160, or about EUR 40.
That is EUR 60 less than the EUR 100 deposit, so on average the bonus costs about EUR 60. If the 3x deposit rule applies on top, another EUR 300 of bets adds about EUR 12 to the average loss.
Deposits and Withdrawals
Methods include Visa, MasterCard, Skrill, Neteller, Paysafecard, AstroPay, bank wire, Google Pay, MiFinity, Neosurf and Interac (not for Ukraine), plus Bitcoin, Ethereum, Litecoin, Dogecoin, Ripple and Tether. Currencies include AUD, CAD, NZD, USD and EUR. The minimum deposit is EUR 20.
LCB states a pending time of up to 48 hours, instant e-wallet and crypto payouts, and 3 to 10 business days for bank transfers.
Limits conflict. AskGamblers lists EUR 6,000 per day, EUR 20,000 per week and EUR 60,000 per month. LCB says EUR 10,000 weekly and EUR 20,000 monthly, with larger amounts paid in monthly instalments. The minimum withdrawal is EUR 20 to 30.
Games and Software
LCB counts 5,847 slots from 118 providers, while AskGamblers lists 85 providers. Named studios include Amatic Industries, Ash Gaming, BetSoft, Pragmatic Play, Playtech, Quickspin and SmartSoft Gaming. A live casino is offered, and LCB says an app is available. A sportsbook is not mentioned.
Who Can Play
LCB says Ukraine is not accepted, and a search snippet of LCB's page suggests the US state of Ohio is excluded; our sources mark the US as restricted. Canada and New Zealand are listed as accepted, while the status of the UK, Australia and Ireland is unknown. Support is 24/7 live chat, email and a contact form.
What Players and Other Sites Say
AskGamblers gives Crownslots a CasinoRank of 6.9/10 with no player reviews. It records 2 complaints, both resolved. An AskGamblers reviewer found no live-chat agents available during their check and was answered by email.
LCB scores it 3/5 from 9 votes and ranks it 353 of 1,738 casinos. LCB gave no complaint count. These are small samples.
Our Deposit and Withdrawal Test
We have not yet made a real-money deposit and withdrawal at Crownslots. Until we do, Crownslots has no score or rank, and nothing on this page describes our own experience of playing there.
The facts in this review come from the regulator's public register, where we confirmed its licence, from the casino's own terms and from public player reports, each listed under Sources. When we test Crownslots, this section will give the date of the test, the payment method, the time it took to receive the withdrawal, the verification steps and how support answered.
Bottom Line
Crownslots has a licence we can confirm, a big slots catalogue and a small complaint record, but its bonus rollover is high and its payout terms are described inconsistently. We hold our verdict until our own withdrawal test.
Set a deposit limit before you play, and note that self-exclusion in your own country is not honoured by offshore casinos.
