Dracula Casino Review
Dracula Casino is run by Softon Ltd of Cyprus under an Anjouan licence that we found in the public register. Sweden's gambling regulator banned the operator in July 2026 and Casino Guru rates it very low for safety. Our position: we do not recommend this casino.
Avoid if: you want low-risk payout terms or live in a restricted country
Our Position
Our position: we do not recommend this casino.
The licence is in the register, but two other facts weigh more. On 9 July 2026 the Swedish Gambling Authority banned the operator, Softon Ltd, from providing games in Sweden without a licence. Casino Guru also gives Dracula Casino a Safety Index of 3.2, which it calls very low, and advises avoiding it.
Licence and Who Runs It
On 30 October 2026 we checked the Anjouan public register. It lists licence ALSI-202409012-FI1 for Softon Ltd, status valid, from 7 September 2024 to 6 September 2027, with the domain dracula.casino.
The Swedish decision and the register both identify Softon Ltd as the operator, a Cyprus company (number HE 463977) registered in Nicosia. A Trustpilot self-description naming 'Group Gaem B.V.' belongs to dracula-casino.uk.com, a domain not on Softon's registered list, so as far as we can verify it is a separate operation.
The same licence lists nine other Softon brands, including Aphrodite Casino and Kingdom Casino.
The site was blocked from our research location, so we read its terms in an archived copy dated 4 May 2026, served from the mirror domain dracula1.casino; they may have changed since. The terms name the 'Anjouan Offshore Financial Authority', whereas the register is run by the Anjouan Gaming Authority.
Red Flags We Found
- Casino Guru Safety Index of 3.2 (very low) with an 'avoid' recommendation.
- The Swedish ban on Softon Ltd of 9 July 2026. The decision concerned the Aphrodite and Kingdom brands; Dracula is listed among Softon's brands.
- Casino Guru lists players whose winnings were confiscated and notes a high number of complaints for the casino's size.
- Tight withdrawal limits and a EUR 100 minimum withdrawal.
- Look-alike domains such as draculacasino.us.com and draculacasino.eu, many claiming a UKGC licence without evidence, although the UK is restricted in the casino's own terms.
Welcome Bonus: What It Is Really Worth
The archived homepage shows a slots welcome bonus of up to EUR 7,777. The per-deposit split, the wagering requirement and the minimum deposit could not be retrieved. Affiliate claims of '777% up to 7,777 over 5 deposits' are unverified.
The terms cap winnings from no-deposit or free bonuses, and from free spins without deposit, at EUR 100, but no cap is stated for the welcome bonus.
Since the wagering is unknown, we cannot run our worked example. A large headline figure says nothing about how hard it is to turn into withdrawable money.
Deposits and Withdrawals
Payment methods, currencies and the minimum deposit could not be retrieved. For withdrawals, the archived terms say processing typically takes 3 banking days, longer for verification or holidays. Only one withdrawal can be pending per method, and one request can be made per 24 hours.
The minimum withdrawal is EUR 100. The limits are EUR 1,000 per day and EUR 2,000 per week, with a maximum win of EUR 100,000 per calendar day. The operator may change per-method maximums without notice.
KYC (know-your-customer identity) documents may be requested at the first withdrawal and at any time, and access or payments may be restricted until identity is confirmed.
Games and Software
No official game count was found, and affiliate claims of 4,000 or 5,000 games are unverified. Named providers include IGT, Play'n GO, Microgaming, Novomatic and Wazdan, with live games from several studios. The site offers a sportsbook as well. One unverified review mentions no dedicated app.
Who Can Play
The terms restrict the USA, United Kingdom, Australia, the Netherlands, France, Spain, Germany, Sweden and several other countries, so players in the UK, US and Australia are not accepted. Canada, Ireland and New Zealand are unknown.
The homepage claims 24/7 human live support, but Casino Guru earlier reported that live chat was unavailable.
What Players and Other Sites Say
Casino Guru's page returned an error, so its figures come from a search summary. Besides the Safety Index, it describes the T&Cs as mostly fair (updated in September 2026) but notes a high number of complaints relative to the casino's size. We found no other rating pages we could read.
Our Deposit and Withdrawal Test
We have not yet made a real-money deposit and withdrawal at Dracula Casino. Until we do, Dracula Casino has no score or rank, and nothing on this page describes our own experience of playing there.
The facts in this review come from the regulator's public register, where we confirmed its licence, from the casino's own terms and from public player reports, each listed under Sources. When we test Dracula Casino, this section will give the date of the test, the payment method, the time it took to receive the withdrawal, the verification steps and how support answered.
Bottom Line
Dracula Casino has a licence in the register and terms that Casino Guru calls mostly fair, but the Swedish regulator's ban on its operator, a very low safety rating and tight payout limits lead us not to recommend it.
Set a deposit limit before you play anywhere, and remember that self-exclusion in your own country is not honoured by offshore casinos.
