The homepage footer names no licence or operator, review sites name different companies, and AskGamblers, which links the brand to Costa Rica, records complaints about delayed withdrawals and a failed self-exclusion request. A player would have no clear regulator to turn to.

Licence and Who Runs It

No licence number appears in our sources, and we could not verify a licence.

Casino.org names Luxinero Group (Malta commercial registration 1020369, Birkirkara address), says Glorion holds no Malta Gaming Authority licence and treats it as a standalone offshore operator. AskGamblers names Lumina Holdings Limitada and gives Costa Rica as the licensing country. Sister sites are Neon54 and BassBet.

We searched the Anjouan public register for this brand’s name and domain on 30 October 2026 and found no entry.

Red Flags We Found
