Gransino Casino Review

We do not recommend No licence found

Gransino is a casino and sportsbook at gransino.com, launched in 2020 and opened to Canadian players in July 2024. Its licence and operator are not clearly disclosed, and on Trustpilot 245 reviews average 1.8/5. Our position: we do not recommend this casino.

Avoid if: You want a clearly licensed operator and withdrawals that reviewers report as prompt

Our Position

Our position: we do not recommend this casino.

No licence number has been found, the only licence named is from Costa Rica and sources disagree on the operator. Trustpilot reviewers report withdrawals pending for one to several weeks, and 74% of reviews there are one-star.

We have not yet run our own deposit and withdrawal test.

Licence and Who Runs It

AskGamblers names GMBL Tech as the operator and gives Costa Rica as the licensing country. Casino.org names Lumina Holdings Limitada, at an address in Rockley, Christ Church, Barbados. The casino's terms page shows no operator name. Casino.org says licensing information is lacking on the site, and its reviewer's email asking about licensing went unanswered.

Spam pages variously claim UKGC, MGA or Curacao licences; none is backed by an official source. AskGamblers links Lizaro to the same operator, with an identical template and welcome package.

We searched the Anjouan public register for this brand’s name and domain on 30 October 2026 and found no entry.

Red Flags We Found

  • Widespread Trustpilot complaints about withdrawal delays.
  • Operator identity and licence number not disclosed on the site, and sources disagree on the operator.
  • AskGamblers player rating of 1.4/10 from 5 reviews, and 24 complaints, 20 of them resolved.
  • Casino.org reports no deposit or time limits on the site.

Welcome Bonus: What It Is Really Worth

The homepage advertises 350% up to EUR 16,000 plus 350 free spins. Casino.org's Canadian page describes 350% up to C$1,500 plus 150 free spins over the first three deposits, without the split per deposit. Free spins expire after 10 days and no maximum cash-out is published. Per Casino.org, wagering is 35x deposit plus bonus (d+b), meaning you bet 35 times the two combined, and 40x on free spins; each bonus deposit must be at least C$30.

Because the first-deposit match is unknown, this is an illustration: a C$100 deposit with a C$100 bonus, slots counting 100% and an RTP (average return to player) of 96%. The base is C$200, so C$7,000 must be bet. The average loss is C$280 and the expected balance C$100 + C$100 – C$280 = minus C$80.

The result does not depend on the match size: at 35x d+b the average loss is 1.4 times deposit plus bonus, so on average the balance runs out first and the bonus costs money.

Deposits and Withdrawals

Gransino accepts CAD and EUR. The general minimum deposit is EUR 10 per AskGamblers, or C$20 by card or e-wallet per Casino.org. Methods are Visa, Mastercard (deposits only), Apple Pay, Paysafecard, Skrill, Neteller, MiFinity, Cash2Code, Interac, Zimpler and bank wire, plus Bitcoin, Litecoin and Dogecoin.

Casino.org states 24-48 hours for e-wallets and crypto and 3-5 days for Visa and bank transfers; Trustpilot reviewers report waits of weeks against roughly three business days advertised. AskGamblers lists limits of EUR 500 a day and EUR 7,000 a month, though its text also mentions EUR 5,000 per transaction; Casino.org gives $20-$10,000 for bank transfer withdrawals. Casino.org says ID, proof of address and a bank statement are required, and its reviewer reports verification within 24 hours.

Games and Software

Casino.org counts more than 8,000 games, including 7,448 slots and 267 live dealer titles. About 75 providers are listed, among them Relax Gaming, Play'n GO, Playson, Hacksaw Gaming, Pragmatic Play, NetEnt and Evolution. A sportsbook is available. Casino.org reports an Android app launched in September 2025; on iOS the site can be saved as a home-screen web app.

Who Can Play

According to Casino.org, Canadian players are accepted except in Ontario, and Interac is offered. For the UK, the US, Australia, Ireland and New Zealand we could not confirm either way, and our sources contain no full restricted-country list. Support is by 24/7 live chat, email (support@gransino.com) and a help centre, in English and French, with no phone line.

What Players and Other Sites Say

Trustpilot reviewers describe withdrawals pending for weeks, generic support replies and withdrawal caps tied to how much a player has spent; accusations of a scam there are unverified. AskGamblers gives a CasinoRank of 5.9/10 while its players score the casino 1.4/10, and Casino.org's reviewer gives 4.2/5 despite noting limited licensing transparency. The reported payout problems weigh most in our position.

Our Deposit and Withdrawal Test

We have not yet made a real-money deposit and withdrawal at Gransino. Until we do, Gransino has no score or rank, and nothing on this page describes our own experience of playing there.

The facts in this review come from our search of the licence register, where we could not confirm its licence, from the casino's own terms and from public player reports, each listed under Sources. When we test Gransino, this section will give the date of the test, the payment method, the time it took to receive the withdrawal, the verification steps and how support answered.

Bottom Line

Gransino has a large library, Interac support and an Android app. But the licence is undocumented, the operator is disputed and reviewers report long payout delays. We do not recommend it.

As Casino.org reports no deposit or time limits on the site, fix a budget in advance if you play, and remember that self-exclusion registered in your own country is not honoured by offshore casinos.
