HadesBet Casino Review
HadesBet is a casino at hadesbet.com that claims a Curacao licence but shows no licence number and does not name its operator on the site. Casino.guru found no licence from any regulator, and on Trustpilot 70 reviews average 1.6/5. Our position: we do not recommend this casino.
Avoid if: You want a verifiable licence and a record of payouts without disputes
Our Position
Our position: we do not recommend this casino.
No licence can be verified, and the only operator named, by PlayCasino.com, is a Costa Rican company. Trustpilot reviewers report stalled or declined withdrawals and reversed bonus winnings, and every review site in our sources rates the casino poorly.
We have not yet run our own deposit and withdrawal test.
Licence and Who Runs It
The site claims a Curacao licence but shows no number, and Casino.guru, via a search summary, says it found no licence from any regulator. The operator is not disclosed on the site; PlayCasino.com names Amo Global S.R.L., a Costa Rican company.
Betpack and PlayCasino give the launch year as 2023; some pages say 2025. Lookalike domains such as hadesbet.uk.com and hadesbett.uk claim a UK licence, which is unverified, and should not be treated as the official site. Trustpilot also lists hadesbet3.com as a separate page.
We searched the Anjouan public register for this brand’s name and domain on 30 October 2026 and found no entry.
Red Flags We Found
- Casino.guru: no licence found, a high number of payout complaints for the casino's size and a Safety Index of 5.1 (below average), though it judges the terms mostly fair.
- Trustpilot: 88% of reviews are one-star, citing stalled or declined withdrawals, unresponsive support, reversed bonus winnings, payout caps and an ignored account-closure request.
- Lookalike domains claim a UK licence, none verified.
- Self-exclusion is the only responsible gambling tool listed.
Welcome Bonus: What It Is Really Worth
The package is 100% over four deposits, up to EUR 15,000 plus 300 free spins in total: up to EUR 2,000 plus 150 free spins on the first deposit, EUR 3,000 on the second, EUR 6,000 plus 150 free spins on the third and EUR 4,000 on the fourth. The minimum deposit is EUR 20; crypto deposits from EUR 5 do not qualify. Wagering is 40x the bonus, within seven days. No maximum cash-out is published.
Worked example on the first deposit, assuming EUR 100 deposited, slots counting 100% and an RTP (average return to player) of 96%: the bonus is EUR 100, so EUR 4,000 must be bet. The average loss is EUR 160 and the expected balance EUR 100 + EUR 100 – EUR 160 = EUR 40.
That is EUR 60 less than the deposit alone, so on average the bonus costs money, and the seven-day limit pushes players to bet quickly.
Deposits and Withdrawals
Currencies are EUR, GBP, Bitcoin, Ethereum, Litecoin, Dogecoin, TRON and Tether. Fiat methods include Visa, Mastercard, bank transfer including SEPA, Monzo and Revolut.
Betpack states that crypto withdrawals are instant, cards take 1-3 business days and bank transfers 5-7; PlayCasino mentions a 72-hour pending time. According to Betpack and Casino.guru, base limits are EUR 3,000 a week and EUR 15,000 a month, rising to EUR 5,000 and EUR 20,000 after EUR 2,500 of cumulative deposits. The monthly limit halves if the balance exceeds ten times cumulative deposits. The minimum withdrawal is EUR 20, or EUR 50 by bank transfer. Our sources do not describe the casino's identity-check (KYC, or know-your-customer) rules.
Games and Software
Betpack counts more than 7,300 games and PlayCasino more than 3,000. Providers include BGaming, Playson, Endorphina, Spribe, Hacksaw Gaming, Yggdrasil, Gamzix and TrueLab. There is a live casino but no sportsbook. Betpack reports free iOS and Android apps.
Who Can Play
Restricted countries include the USA, Poland, Malta, Bulgaria, Mexico, Georgia, Indonesia, Pakistan, Bangladesh and Kenya, among others. For the UK, Canada, Australia, Ireland and New Zealand we could not confirm either way; GBP being listed does not show the UK is open. PlayCasino says support is by 24/7 live chat and email.
What Players and Other Sites Say
Casino.guru's Safety Index is 5.1, below average. Trustpilot's reviews describe the payout and bonus problems listed above. Betpack rates the casino 0/10, 'not recommended', citing a non-transparent licence, and PlayCasino.com gives 1.0/5 because the operator is not disclosed and no licence is visible. Every rating in our sources is low, and the complaints point the same way.
Our Deposit and Withdrawal Test
We have not yet made a real-money deposit and withdrawal at HadesBet. Until we do, HadesBet has no score or rank, and nothing on this page describes our own experience of playing there.
The facts in this review come from our search of the licence register, where we could not confirm its licence, from the casino's own terms and from public player reports, each listed under Sources. When we test HadesBet, this section will give the date of the test, the payment method, the time it took to receive the withdrawal, the verification steps and how support answered.
Bottom Line
HadesBet offers a large package on paper, instant crypto withdrawals according to Betpack and mobile apps. But the licence cannot be verified, the operator is not disclosed on the site, withdrawal caps are low for ordinary players and the rating record is poor. We do not recommend it.
With self-exclusion the only tool listed, fix a budget in advance if you play, and remember that self-exclusion registered in your own country is not honoured by offshore casinos.
