HappyJokers Casino Review
HappyJokers is a casino and sportsbook at happyjokers.com that launched in 2025, run by Eventa Digital Limitada according to Casino.guru. The Anjouan licence attributed to it was not in the register when we checked on 30 October 2026. Our position: we do not recommend this casino.
Avoid if: You want a licence you can verify and terms you can read before you register
Our Position
Our position: we do not recommend this casino.
The licence is not in the Anjouan register, and Casino.guru flags unfair terms and confiscated winnings. With the official site geo-blocked in many countries, most published terms come from affiliate pages that contradict each other.
This rests on published facts and our register check. We have not yet run our own deposit and withdrawal test.
Licence and Who Runs It
Casino.guru and KingCasinoBonus name Eventa Digital Limitada as the operator, and Casino.guru gives Anjouan Gaming (Comoros) as the licensing authority. CasinosHub, an affiliate, names Interdersoft Limited, a Cyprus company (HE 452538), with a Costa Rica licence; the conflict is unresolved. Goldzino is listed as a sister site under Eventa Digital.
We checked the Anjouan public register on 30 October 2026, searching by the brand's domain, and did not find HappyJokers. ALSI-182407008-FI1, the licence number quoted by KingCasinoBonus, is not listed either.
Red Flags We Found
- Neither the claimed licence nor the quoted number is in the register.
- Casino.guru: unfair terms, including possible confiscation of winnings from low-risk play, and complaints about an account closed with winnings confiscated and a delayed withdrawal.
- Trustpilot reports of withdrawals blocked or delayed and winnings withheld.
Welcome Bonus: What It Is Really Worth
Casino.guru and KingCasinoBonus list no welcome bonus, and the official promotion pages are geo-blocked. Unverified company text on Trustpilot mentions up to EUR 1,500 plus 200 free spins over several deposits. BetterBonus, an affiliate writing for Canada, lists 100 no-deposit free spins with a C$50 maximum win, plus 100% up to C$500 and 50 spins on a deposit of at least C$20. CasinosHub says 100% up to $500 plus 50 spins.
Wagering varies as much: 45x deposit plus bonus (Trustpilot company text), 35x on the no-deposit spins and 40x on the deposit bonus (BetterBonus), about 35x (CasinosHub).
With no confirmed offer or wagering basis, we show no worked example.
Deposits and Withdrawals
Affiliate pages list Visa, Mastercard, Skrill, Neteller, Paysafecard, Revolut and bank transfer, with Apple Pay and Google Pay per CasinosHub, plus Bitcoin, Ethereum, Litecoin, Tether, USD Coin, TRON, Toncoin, Solana and Dogecoin. Currencies are CAD, USD, EUR and AUD. The minimum deposit is EUR 10 per KingCasinoBonus; other affiliates say 20 (C$ or EUR).
No official payout time is in our sources. BetterBonus claims up to three business days and CasinosHub, itself unverified, up to 24 hours. Limits conflict too: a Casino.guru snippet gives EUR 1,000 a day, EUR 3,000 a week and EUR 10,000 a month; KingCasinoBonus EUR 5,000 a day and EUR 10,000 a month with a EUR 50 minimum; CasinosHub a $300 minimum withdrawal.
Affiliates say identity checks (KYC, or know-your-customer) come before withdrawals; BetterBonus lists ID, proof of residence, card copies, proof of payment-method ownership and possibly source-of-funds evidence.
Games and Software
Game counts run from about 6,000 (BetterBonus) to roughly 7,000-7,800 (CasinosHub 7,032; KingCasinoBonus 7,100 slots plus 710 live). Providers include Evolution, Yggdrasil, NetEnt, Pragmatic Play and BGaming. There is a live casino, and the official sitemap shows a sportsbook section.
Who Can Play
A Casino.guru snippet lists the US state of Virginia as restricted. CasinosHub's truncated, unverified list includes Armenia, Azerbaijan, Belarus, Curacao, the United Kingdom, the Netherlands, Russia, Ukraine and the United States. For Canada, BetterBonus says players are accepted, yet its Canada page also calls the casino closed. The sitemap has en-CA, fr-CA and en-NZ versions, but for Australia, Ireland and New Zealand we could not confirm access. Support is by live chat and email (support@happyjokers.com).
What Players and Other Sites Say
On Trustpilot, 53 reviews average 4.1/5: 75% five-star, 17% one-star. One-star reviews allege withheld winnings or access cut off after a withdrawal attempt, while five-star reviews praise fast withdrawals and support; the company has replied to every negative review. Casino.guru's Safety Index is 6.3, below average. We weigh the missing licence and unfair terms more heavily, since they decide what happens in a dispute.
Two affiliates say the casino is closed or unavailable, yet Trustpilot shows reviews from April 2026 and the official site is still online, so it appears to operate, though not in every market.
Our Deposit and Withdrawal Test
We have not yet made a real-money deposit and withdrawal at HappyJokers. Until we do, HappyJokers has no score or rank, and nothing on this page describes our own experience of playing there.
The facts in this review come from our search of the licence register, where we could not confirm its licence, from the casino's own terms and from public player reports, each listed under Sources. When we test HappyJokers, this section will give the date of the test, the payment method, the time it took to receive the withdrawal, the verification steps and how support answered.
Bottom Line
HappyJokers has a 4.1/5 Trustpilot score and a large library. But the licence is not in the register, terms flagged as unfair could cost a player winnings, the operator is disputed and most figures come from contradictory affiliate pages. We do not recommend it.
If you still sign up, set a deposit limit before you start, and remember that self-exclusion registered in your own country is not honoured by offshore casinos.
