Lizaro Review
Lizaro is a new casino and sportsbook that AskGamblers lists as run by GMBL Tech, with a Costa Rica 'licence' for which we found no number. Our position: we do not recommend this casino, because its licensing is unclear and recent Trustpilot reviews are dominated by withdrawal complaints.
Avoid if: You want a verifiable licence, or you live in the UK or US.
Our Position
Our position: we do not recommend this casino. The only licensing information, from AskGamblers, is a Costa Rica entry with no number, Lizaro's own terms do not name the company behind the site, and most recent Trustpilot reviews are one-star complaints about withdrawals.
Licence and Who Runs It
AskGamblers names GMBL Tech as the operator and gives the regulator as 'Costa Rica Gambling', while noting that the licensing information on the site is unclear. We found no licence number. Under our methodology a Costa Rica entry on its own does not count as a gambling licence, and no licence has been verified in any register.
Lizaro's terms and conditions refer only to 'the Company' and give no company name or address. We read only about half of those terms, so a name may appear in the part we have not read.
Many promotional pages claim Lizaro holds a UK Gambling Commission licence, but its own terms list the United Kingdom as an excluded country. Gransino appears to be a sister site: AskGamblers names the same operator, and the two sites share the same welcome package and page layout.
We searched the Anjouan public register for this brand’s name and domain on 30 October 2026 and found no entry.
Red Flags We Found
- Trustpilot shows 1.9/5 from 104 reviews in the last 12 months, 77% of them one-star and mostly about withdrawal delays and holds.
- The Costa Rica 'licence' has no number, and the terms do not disclose the operator.
- A withdrawal fee of 10% (minimum EUR 0.5) applies if the deposit has not been wagered once, rising to 15% for card and bank deposits (terms, section 6.8).
Welcome Bonus: What It Is Really Worth
The homepage advertises a Welcome Package of 350% up to EUR 16,000 plus 350 free spins, and separately shows a first deposit bonus of 100% up to EUR 300. We could not find how the 350% is split across deposits, so the example uses the 100% up to EUR 300 offer, which needs a EUR 20 minimum deposit according to AskGamblers.
The wagering figure is disputed. AskGamblers lists 20x d+b, meaning you must bet 20 times the deposit plus bonus. The casino's terms, section 7, state 35x d+b for deposit bonuses and 40x on free spin winnings. Winnings from a deposit bonus are capped at 10 times the bonus, and the maximum bet while wagering is EUR 100.
Worked example, assuming a EUR 100 deposit, slots counting 100% and an RTP (return to player) of 96%: the bonus is EUR 100, so the base is EUR 200. At 35x you must bet EUR 7,000; the average loss at 4% is EUR 280, so the expected balance is below zero. At 20x you bet EUR 4,000, lose EUR 160 on average and keep about EUR 40. Both results are below the EUR 100 you deposited, so on average the bonus costs money.
Deposits and Withdrawals
Payment methods include Visa, MasterCard, Revolut, bank wire, Interac and Skrill, plus eight cryptocurrencies including Bitcoin and Ethereum. AskGamblers gives the minimum deposit as EUR 10.
The terms (6.15) say withdrawal requests are processed within 3 business days, between 06:00 and 17:00 GMT, Monday to Friday. Trustpilot reviewers report waits of days to weeks. Limits depend on VIP level, from EUR 500 per day and EUR 7,000 per month at level 1 to EUR 1,500 and EUR 20,000 at level 5.
Verification can be requested at any time and asks for certified ID, proof of residence, proof of payment-method ownership and transaction history. Documents are due within 30 days or the account may be suspended or closed.
Games and Software
AskGamblers cites more than 12,000 slots from 78 providers; there is no official total. A sportsbook is offered, but we could not confirm a live casino or mobile options. Support is by 24/7 live chat and email, in English only according to AskGamblers.
Who Can Play
The terms exclude the United Kingdom and the United States, along with Denmark, Sweden, the Netherlands, Malta, Cyprus, Israel, Russia, Ukraine, Japan and several other countries. Canada, Australia, Ireland and New Zealand are not clearly stated either way.
What Players and Other Sites Say
AskGamblers gives Lizaro a CasinoRank of 6.8/10, with no player reviews yet and no complaints recorded; the casino is new. Trustpilot reviewers describe delayed or held withdrawals, cancelled withdrawals and account closures after a withdrawal request, and unresponsive support. Some allege rigged games; this is unverified.
Our Deposit and Withdrawal Test
We have not yet made a real-money deposit and withdrawal at Lizaro. Until we do, Lizaro has no score or rank, and nothing on this page describes our own experience of playing there.
The facts in this review come from our search of the licence register, where we could not confirm its licence, from the casino's own terms and from public player reports, each listed under Sources. When we test Lizaro, this section will give the date of the test, the payment method, the time it took to receive the withdrawal, the verification steps and how support answered.
Bottom Line
Lizaro pairs a large bonus headline and wide crypto support with an unverified licence, an operator not named in the terms and mostly negative recent reviews on payouts. We do not recommend it.
If you gamble anywhere, set a deposit limit you can afford. Self-exclusion in your own country is not honoured by offshore casinos.
