Luckygem Review
Luckygem is a crypto-friendly casino with about 3,000 slots, a mobile app listing and a 100% bonus up to EUR 1,000. We found its Anjouan licence in the register, though LCB says it has none. Not yet tested, so no verdict until our own withdrawal test.
Good for: Readers who want a crypto-heavy slot library with a register-listed licence.
Avoid if: You need a clearly named operator or a bonus without a slots-only restriction.
Our Position
Not yet tested, so no verdict until our own withdrawal test. The Anjouan register lists a licence for the luckygem.com domain, which counts in the casino's favour. Against that, the casino does not name its operator, the register's licensee does not match LCB's description of the company, and LCB says there is no licence. None of these points is settled.
Licence and Who Runs It
We checked the Anjouan public register on 30 October 2026. It lists licence ALSI-202504026-FI1 for Innovex Tech Holdings Limited, domain luckygem.com, status 'valid', 6 April 2025 to 5 April 2027.
LCB takes a different line. It states that the casino currently has no licence, and it describes a Costa Rican 'Sociedad de Responsabilidad Limitada' as the company, without giving a name. Our register result contradicts the first claim, and the register's licensee differs from LCB's description of the operator. The casino itself does not name an operator in the material we gathered. The launch date is not published.
Red Flags We Found
- LCB says the casino has no licence; our own register check found one, so the conflict is unresolved.
- The operator is not identified, and the register's licensee differs from LCB's description.
- One LCB user alleges the casino stopped responding and blocked a balance during a withdrawal attempt. This is unverified.
- LCB lists account closure at the casino's discretion as a disadvantage.
Welcome Bonus: What It Is Really Worth
The first deposit offer is 100% up to EUR 1,000 plus 125 spins, with a minimum deposit of EUR 20. Later deposits carry further matches of 50% to 100%. Wagering is 40x on bonus funds, meaning you must bet 40 times the bonus amount; the bonus lasts 30 days, it applies to slots only and the maximum bet is EUR 5. A high-roller offer caps cashout at EUR 10,000.
Worked example, assuming a EUR 100 deposit, slots at 100% and an RTP (return to player) of 96%: the bonus is EUR 100, so at 40x the bonus you must bet EUR 4,000. The average loss at 4% is EUR 160, leaving an expected balance of about EUR 40 from the EUR 200 you started with. That is below the EUR 100 deposited, so on average the bonus costs money.
Deposits and Withdrawals
Payment methods include bank wire, Visa, Mastercard, Google Pay, Noda Pay and Revolut (not available in Ukraine), plus about 16 more. Thirteen cryptocurrencies are accepted, among them BTC, ETH, LTC, USDT and XRP. EUR is the only fiat currency. We found no general minimum deposit below the EUR 20 bonus minimum.
LCB gives a minimum withdrawal of EUR 40, limits of EUR 10,000 per day and EUR 50,000 per month, with larger amounts paid in instalments and one pending withdrawal at a time. Its stated timings are up to 1 business day for KYC (know-your-customer identity checks), up to 2 for the pending stage and up to 2 for processing.
Verification asks for ID, proof of address, proof of payment method, a selfie with ID and phone verification. Deposits must be wagered at least once, and a withdrawal may be refused if total bets are below the last deposit.
Games and Software
LCB counts 3,022 slots from providers including Pragmatic Play, Play'n GO, Relax Gaming, Yggdrasil, Habanero, Novomatic, Ezugi and Thunderkick. A live casino is offered; whether there is a sportsbook is not stated. LCB lists iOS and Android apps. Support is by live chat and email, with no phone line.
Who Can Play
Ukraine is not accepted. Canada is marked as restricted; the specific restriction we found is that the welcome offer is unavailable in Ontario. For the UK, US, Australia, Ireland and New Zealand we have no information.
What Players and Other Sites Say
LCB rates Luckygem 3/5 from 10 votes, ranking 353 of 1,738, and its review was last updated on 22 April 2026. Apart from the withdrawal allegation, a user there reports a rejected no-deposit code.
On Trustpilot, the luckygem-official.com profile shows 3.1/5 from only two reviews, both low-rated with mild wording; the company has not replied.
Our Deposit and Withdrawal Test
We have not yet made a real-money deposit and withdrawal at Luckygem. Until we do, Luckygem has no score or rank, and nothing on this page describes our own experience of playing there.
The facts in this review come from the regulator's public register, where we confirmed its licence, from the casino's own terms and from public player reports, each listed under Sources. When we test Luckygem, this section will give the date of the test, the payment method, the time it took to receive the withdrawal, the verification steps and how support answered.
Bottom Line
Luckygem has a register-listed licence, a sizeable crypto menu and stated fast verification. It also has an unnamed operator, a licensee that does not match LCB's description, a slots-only 40x bonus and an unverified allegation of a blocked balance. We give no verdict until our own withdrawal test.
