Our position: we do not recommend this casino. We could not verify a gambling licence, the operator's identity differs between sources, and the brand appears on several look-alike domains.

Licence and Who Runs It

No verifiable regulator is named. Costa Rica is listed as the jurisdiction, which is not a gambling licence, and casino.org calls the licence 'unreliable (Costa Rica Gambling)'. Support reportedly told one source that a Comoros licence may come, which is unverified. No licence has been verified in a register.

The operator is named in two ways: Mondero Enterprises Ltd (LCB) and NewEra B.V. or Lumina Holdings Limitada of Costa Rica (casino.org). The brand launched in 2025, in April according to casino.org.

We found several look-alike or mirror domains, including monsterwin-pl3.info, monsterwin1.xyz and monsterwin.org. The domain monsterwin.com was taken from support email addresses on review pages, not confirmed from the official site. Be careful which address you use.

We searched the Anjouan public register for this brand’s name and domain on 30 October 2026 and found no entry.

Welcome Bonus: What It Is Really Worth

The sources describe two versions. Casino.org's Canadian review lists 100% up to $750 plus 200 free spins and a 'Crab' bonus, with a $30 minimum deposit. LCB lists 100% up to EUR 500 plus 200 spins, with a EUR 20 minimum. The spins are released 20 per day over 10 days.

Wagering is 35x on the bonus and 40x on free spins according to casino.org. LCB states 35x d+b, meaning 35 times the deposit plus bonus, with a EUR 5 maximum bet. No maximum cashout is published.

Worked example, using LCB's terms with a EUR 100 deposit, slots at 100% and an RTP (return to player) of 96%: bonus EUR 100, base EUR 200, total to bet EUR 7,000 and average loss EUR 280, so the expected balance is below zero. On casino.org's terms, with 35x on the bonus only, a $100 deposit brings a $100 bonus: you bet $3,500, lose $140 on average and keep about $60 of $200. Both results are below the 100 deposited in each case, so on average the bonus costs money.

Deposits and Withdrawals

About 35 payment methods are listed, including Visa, Mastercard, Neteller, Skrill, Interac, bank wire and Revolut. Crypto is limited to Bitcoin, Litecoin and Dogecoin. Currencies are not stated in the sources. The minimum deposit is EUR 10 according to LCB (EUR 30 by Bitcoin) and $20 according to casino.org.

Casino.org says crypto withdrawals take from instant to 1 hour, Visa, Skrill and bank transfers 1 to 3 business days, MiFinity 1 to 2 days, and overall times range from near-instant to about 72 hours. It says identity checks (KYC, or know your customer) are required before the first withdrawal, and it gives no maximum withdrawal. LCB lists monthly caps by VIP level from EUR 7,000 to EUR 20,000. The minimum withdrawal is EUR 10 (EUR 60 for Bitcoin) per LCB, and $20 ($90 for BTC) per casino.org.

Games and Software

Sources cite 7,700+ games from providers including Pragmatic Play, Play'n GO, Novomatic, Playson, Hacksaw Gaming, Betsoft, Microgaming and Spinomenal. A live casino and sportsbook are offered. There is no app, only a mobile site. Support is 24/7 live chat (also via Telegram) and email, in English only, with no phone line.

Who Can Play

Ukraine has a limited provider set. LCB labels the casino 'US Players NOT Allowed'. Canada is accepted according to casino.org, with Ontario excluded from at least the reload offer. The UK, Australia, Ireland and New Zealand are unknown.

Trustpilot figures of about 3.5 to 3.9 out of 5 come from a search summary and are unverified; the reviews are split across several mirror domains. One reviewer reports a withdrawal held for 9 days after a bonus was credited; another criticises slow support.

MonsterWin offers a large catalogue, a broad payment list and stated fast crypto payouts, but no licence we could verify and an unsettled operator identity. For that reason we do not recommend it.

Set a deposit limit before you play. Self-exclusion in your own country is not honoured by offshore casinos.
