Rolletto Review

We do not recommend Curaçao licence · operator listed

Rolletto is a casino and sportsbook run, according to its own footer, by Santeda International B.V. Santeda holds a Curaçao licence, but no regulator seal ties it to Rolletto, and other licence claims conflict. Our position: we do not recommend this casino.

Avoid if: You need a clearly verified licence or are wary of sites that redirect to mirror domains.

Our Position

Our position: we do not recommend this casino. Several conflicting licence claims circulate. Its footer names Santeda's Curaçao licence, but no regulator seal ties that licence to rolletto.com. User comments on LCB report account locks, repeated re-verification and an unpaid win, though some are old and all are unverified.

This page is built from published records and third-party reports, not from our own test.

Licence and Who Runs It

Rolletto's own footer names Santeda International B.V. as operator. The footer says the company is licensed by the Curaçao Gaming Authority under number OGL/2024/1798/1048. LCB lists the jurisdiction as 'No license', a user comment mentions a Malta licence and one UK analysis says Anjouan. We checked the Curaçao register on 30 October 2026: Santeda International B.V. holds licence OGL/2024/1798/1048, shown there as 'Assessment in progress', and the regulator's seal for another Santeda site, zizobet.com, shows it as active. No Curaçao Gaming Authority seal names rolletto.com or rolletto1.cc, so the regulator does not confirm that the licence covers this casino. The MGA register lists no Santeda or Rolletto entity.

The same licence number appears for a sister brand, Zizobet. A user comment on LCB says the same group runs MyStake.

The main domain, rolletto.com, redirects to a mirror, rolletto1.cc, whose footer gives the operator and licence details above but carries no regulator seal. We could not read the terms on rolletto.com directly. The launch date is not published.

We searched the Anjouan public register for this brand’s name and domain on 30 October 2026 and found no entry.

Red Flags We Found

  • The licence status is contradictory: the footer claims Curaçao but no regulator seal names the domain, LCB says 'No license', and Malta and Anjouan are claimed elsewhere without register support.
  • LCB user comments report an account locked for alleged fraud without evidence, repeated re-verification, an old unpaid EUR 10,000 win claim and self-exclusion not honoured. These are unverified and some are dated.
  • The main domain redirects to mirror domains.

Welcome Bonus: What It Is Really Worth

The main offer is 160% up to EUR or USD 500 plus 100 spins on Book of Dead. An alternative is 150% up to EUR 500, and a Bitcoin offer gives 100% up to EUR 1,000 plus 200 spins. The minimum deposit for bonuses is EUR 20. Wagering is 30x to 40x d+b (deposit plus bonus), and the bonus runs for 30 days. The free spins have no wagering. LCB describes the 160% bonus as not cashable with no maximum cashout; we could not confirm this in the casino's own terms.

Worked example, assuming a EUR 100 deposit, slots at 100% and an RTP (return to player) of 96%: the bonus is EUR 160 and the base EUR 260. At 30x you must bet EUR 7,800, the average loss at 4% is EUR 312 and the expected balance is EUR 260 minus EUR 312, below zero. At 40x you bet EUR 10,400, lose EUR 416, and fall further below zero. At either end of the range the bonus costs money on average.

Deposits and Withdrawals

Listed methods include Apple Pay, Google Pay, Skrill, Neteller, MiFinity, Paysafecard, Visa, Mastercard and bank wire, among about 39 in total, plus ten cryptocurrencies including Bitcoin and Monero. Currencies include EUR, USD, GBP, CAD and NOK. LCB gives a general minimum deposit of EUR 10.

LCB gives KYC (know-your-customer identity checks) at 2 to 3 business days and processing of 3 business days. An LCB tester reports receiving a EUR 63 Bitcoin withdrawal in about 18 minutes; that is LCB's test, not ours. The minimum withdrawal is EUR 20, limits are EUR 7,500 per week and EUR 15,000 per month, and amounts above EUR 15,000 are paid in monthly instalments. Verification covers ID, proof of address, proof of payment ownership, a selfie and video. Deposits must be fully wagered, or fees may be charged or the withdrawal cancelled.

Games and Software

A promotional page reports more than 7,700 games, which is unverified; LCB says thousands. Providers include NetEnt, BetSoft, Evolution, Play'n GO, Pragmatic Play, Playtech, Hacksaw Gaming and Nolimit City. A live casino and sportsbook are offered. The site runs in the browser with no app. Support is live chat (reported as 24 hours) and email, with no phone line. LCB notes there is no loyalty programme.

Who Can Play

Canada is accepted, though Ontario is excluded from the bonus. Lithuania, Latvia, Georgia and Israel are restricted for the 160% bonus. We have no information on the UK, US, Australia, Ireland or New Zealand, although GBP is a listed currency.

What Players and Other Sites Say

LCB rates Rolletto 3.4/5 from 232 votes, ranking 154 of 1,738. User comments there include the complaints noted above. We read only part of that page, and we have no AskGamblers or Trustpilot data for this brand.

One small LCB test says little about larger or repeated withdrawals.

Our Deposit and Withdrawal Test

We have not yet made a real-money deposit and withdrawal at Rolletto. Until we do, Rolletto has no score or rank, and nothing on this page describes our own experience of playing there.

The facts in this review come from our search of the licence registers, where we found the named operator's licence but could not confirm that it covers this casino, from the casino's own terms and from public player reports, each listed under Sources. When we test Rolletto, this section will give the date of the test, the payment method, the time it took to receive the withdrawal, the verification steps and how support answered.

Bottom Line

Rolletto has a broad game and payment offering and zero-wagering free spins. It also has contradictory licence claims, a Curaçao licence the regulator does not tie to its domain, and an unresolved set of user complaints about payments and account locks. We do not recommend it.

FAQ

Is Rolletto licensed?

Its footer says Santeda International B.V. holds Curaçao licence OGL/2024/1798/1048. We checked the Curaçao register on 30 October 2026: Santeda holds that licence, shown as 'Assessment in progress', but no regulator seal names rolletto.com, so the link is not confirmed. LCB lists 'No license', and other sources mention Malta or Anjouan, which the MGA and Anjouan registers do not support.

What are the wagering terms on the 160% bonus?

30x to 40x deposit plus bonus within 30 days. The accompanying free spins carry no wagering.

How long do Rolletto withdrawals take?

LCB gives KYC of 2 to 3 business days and processing of 3 business days. An LCB tester received a EUR 63 Bitcoin withdrawal in about 18 minutes; we have not tested this ourselves.
