Our Position

We cannot confirm which 'TipTop' this review should cover, so we give no recommendation. Two different brands carry the name, and we do not want readers to land on the wrong one.

The first, tiptopcasino.com, closed on 1 October 2014 according to LCB, and its accounts moved to Free Spin. The second is tip-top.bet, a 2024 site. Everything below describes tip-top.bet, which we assume is the intended brand; the site owner should confirm.

Licence and Who Runs It

We checked the Anjouan public register on 30 October 2026. It lists licence ALSI-202504026-FI1 for Innovex Tech Holdings Limited, status 'valid', running from 6 April 2025 to 5 April 2027, for the domain tip-top.bet. So the licence is confirmed for that domain.

Other details do not line up. No operator is named in our sources; LCB lists only a Costa Rican 'Sociedad de Responsabilidad Limitada' (a limited-liability company), not the register's licensee. A MightyTips FAQ says its reviewers found no licensing information, which conflicts with the register entry. We have not read tip-top.bet itself. It launched in 2024; Trustpilot text says November 2024.

Red Flags We Found

• Name ambiguity between the closed tiptopcasino.com and the current tip-top.bet.
• The licensee in the register differs from the operator named by LCB, and one review site found no licensing information.

Welcome Bonus: What It Is Really Worth

The casino offer is 100% up to EUR 500 plus 50 spins on the first deposit, then 50% up to EUR 500 plus 30 spins and 75% up to EUR 500 plus 75 spins. A sports offer gives 100% up to EUR 250. The minimum deposit is EUR 20 for the casino. Wagering is 40x the bonus on the casino side and 8x for sports; no maximum cashout is published.

Worked example with a EUR 100 deposit, slots at 100% and 96% RTP (return to player): the bonus is EUR 100, so you bet 40 x EUR 100 = EUR 4,000 and lose about EUR 160 on average. Expected balance: EUR 200 – EUR 160 = about EUR 40, which is EUR 60 below your deposit, so on average the bonus costs money.

The minimum withdrawal is EUR 40, with limits of EUR 2,500 daily, EUR 7,500 weekly and EUR 15,000 monthly. New users face a EUR 500 slot bet limit until they have deposited EUR 250. KYC (identity verification) means ID, proof of address and proof of payment ownership, and further checks may be requested.

Games and Software

LCB counts about 3,714 slots; MightyTips says more than 6,000 casino games. Providers include Evolution, Pragmatic Play, Play'n GO, NetEnt and Yggdrasil. There is a live casino and a sportsbook covering more than 48 sports. Sources conflict on mobile: LCB says there is an app, MightyTips only home-screen shortcuts.

Who Can Play

Ukraine is not accepted, Ontario is excluded from some offers and an LCB forum banner says US players are not allowed, so we list the US and Canada as restricted. Whether the UK, Australia, Ireland and New Zealand are accepted is not stated. LCB rates tip-top.bet 2.4/5 from 7 votes, ranking it 1,295 of 1,738. A member review describes a deposit not credited for 'legal reasons' and refunded after 7 business days, and there is one undisclosed complaint.

The old tiptopcasino.com scored 2.3/5 from 75 votes on LCB before it closed. A Trustpilot profile for 'Tip-Top Casino' is attached to an unrelated domain, so we do not use its score.
