Our position: we do not recommend this casino. The licence is contradictory: AskGamblers names the Curacao Gaming Control Board, LCB lists 'No license', and no regulator seal ties the operator's Curaçao licence to velobet.com. Both sites also record players complaining of frozen accounts and withdrawals held back after wins.

Licence and Who Runs It

The operator is named as Santeda International B.V., and AskGamblers dates the brand to 2023. We checked the Curaçao register on 30 October 2026: Santeda International B.V. holds licence OGL/2024/1798/1048, shown there as 'Assessment in progress', and the regulator's seal for another Santeda site, zizobet.com, shows it as active. The casino's own footer, in an archived copy from 10 September 2026, names Santeda and this licence, but no Curaçao Gaming Authority seal names velobet.com, so the regulator does not confirm that the licence covers this casino.

The operator has a regulatory history, although Velobet is not named in it. The Swedish Gambling Authority (Spelinspektionen) banned Santeda International B.V. from offering gambling in Sweden in a decision dated 11 June 2024, and Australia's ACMA issued a formal warning over its Golden Bet brand.

The official site returned an HTTP 403 error to us, so velobet.com is inferred from LCB's support emails and we could not read the terms. Ignore unofficial mirror domains.

We searched the Anjouan public register for this brand’s name and domain on 30 October 2026 and found no entry.

Welcome Bonus: What It Is Really Worth

The sources disagree. AskGamblers lists an exclusive package of 750% up to EUR 7,500 plus 750 free spins. LCB lists 150% up to EUR or USD 750 plus 300 spins on the first deposit, with smaller second and third deposit bonuses. We use the LCB terms because only LCB gives the first-deposit split.

Wagering is 30x deposit plus bonus (d+b) on slots, meaning you must bet 30 times the two added together. LCB says table games and video poker carry 150x to 600x. The minimum first deposit is EUR 10, LCB gives a EUR 5 maximum bet, and no maximum cashout is published.

Worked example, assuming slots count 100% towards wagering and return 96% on average: deposit 100, bonus 150% so 150. Base is 250, so 250 x 30 = 7,500 to bet. The average loss is 7,500 x 4% = 300, leaving an expected balance of 100 + 150 – 300 = -50. On average the wagering would use up the bonus and the whole deposit, so the bonus costs money in expectation.
