WinHero Casino Review
WinHero is a casino and sportsbook that AskGamblers dates to 2025 and ties to a Costa Rica company number, with no regulator-issued licence found. The operator is named differently by different sources, and Trustpilot rates it 1.8/5. Our position: we do not recommend this casino.
Avoid if: You need a regulator-issued licence, a clear operator or published bonus wagering
Our Position
Our position: we do not recommend this casino. The only jurisdiction attached to it is Costa Rica, which has no dedicated online gambling licence regime, and we found no regulator-issued licence number.
Trustpilot averages 1.8/5, and the bonus terms could not be retrieved. We have not played here.
Licence and Who Runs It
AskGamblers lists 'Costa Rica Gambling' and the company 3-102-903325 LTDA, which is a registration number rather than a trading name. The operator is inconsistent: the affiliate MightyTips reports a footer naming GEFATA CORPORATION S.R.L., unverified search results name Eclipse Interactive Limitada, and Trustpilot gives Latvia as the contact location. AskGamblers dates the launch to 2025, MightyTips to 2024.
The official site showed a geo-block page for Ukraine when we fetched it, so we read archived Wayback snapshots, the latest from 7 October 2026.
We searched the Anjouan public register for this brand’s name and domain on 30 October 2026 and found no entry.
Red Flags We Found
- Trustpilot rates it 1.8/5 from 142 reviews, 79% at one star. One review alleges an ignored self-exclusion request; that is a single unverified claim.
- The operator identity differs between sources.
- A Costa Rica registration is not a recognised gambling licence, and no regulator-issued licence number was located.
Welcome Bonus: What It Is Really Worth
The homepage banner in the 7 October 2026 snapshot advertises a casino pack of 525% up to EUR 8,000 plus 475 free spins; the split per deposit was not retrievable. MightyTips, an affiliate, reports a separate sports pack of 100% free bets on three deposits, up to EUR 750 in total. The minimum deposit is EUR 20.
Wagering, maximum cashout, maximum bet and validity are unknown, because the terms snapshot loaded only an error. Without wagering we cannot do the usual worked example. A large headline match with high wagering can be worth less than a small one, so read the bonus terms before accepting.
Deposits and Withdrawals
Methods include Visa, MasterCard, bank wire, Google Pay, Apple Pay, iDeal, Interac, Neosurf, Neteller, Skrill and Trustly, plus nine cryptocurrencies. AskGamblers lists EUR, CZK and HUF as currencies.
AskGamblers says withdrawals aim for two business days: e-wallets in 0 to 24 hours, cards 1 to 5 days, bank transfers 3 to 7 days. Its details give EUR 5,000 per day, 10,000 per week and 30,000 per month, though its review text and MightyTips say EUR 20,000 a month. The minimum is EUR 40. AskGamblers adds that verification can be requested at any time.
Games and Software
The site menu on 7 October 2026 showed 6,519 casino games and 286 live games, while earlier snapshots differ (6,152 and 516 on 19 May 2026). Providers include Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, Play'n GO, Novomatic, BGaming, Hacksaw Gaming and Nolimit City, and there is a sportsbook. The site's 'Install the App' option is a progressive web app, meaning the website is saved to your home screen rather than downloaded from an app store. Support is 24/7 live chat and email.
Who Can Play
The only confirmed restriction is Ukraine: the official site displayed 'Winhero cannot be accessed in Ukraine' on 30 October 2026. The site appears to be blocked in at least some other regions, but we found no official list. Acceptance in the UK, US, Canada, Australia, Ireland and New Zealand is unknown.
What Players and Other Sites Say
Trustpilot shows 1.8/5 from 142 reviews, 79% at one star and 10% at five. Complaints cover withdrawal delays, ignored account closure and self-exclusion requests, repeated document demands (including a notarised passport copy), unresponsive support and accusations of scam or lack of licence. The company disputes some of this, and the claims are unverified.
AskGamblers gives a CasinoRank of 6.3/10 and a player rating of 7/10 from three reviews, with two complaints, one resolved.
Our Deposit and Withdrawal Test
We have not yet made a real-money deposit and withdrawal at WinHero. Until we do, WinHero has no score or rank, and nothing on this page describes our own experience of playing there.
The facts in this review come from our search of the licence register, where we could not confirm its licence, from the casino's own terms and from public player reports, each listed under Sources. When we test WinHero, this section will give the date of the test, the payment method, the time it took to receive the withdrawal, the verification steps and how support answered.
Bottom Line
WinHero has a large game list, many payment methods and high withdrawal ceilings on paper. But we found no regulator-issued licence, the operator is named three different ways, the bonus terms were not retrievable and the Trustpilot record is poor. We do not recommend it.
If you play at any offshore casino, set a deposit limit before you start, and remember that self-exclusion you have registered in your own country is not honoured by offshore casinos.
