Our position: we do not recommend this casino. The sources give contradictory licence information and none of it can be confirmed. CashToCode states 'no recognised licence (Costa Rica)', while LCB mentions Curacao and Anjouan in its text but lists the jurisdiction as 'No license'.

Licence and Who Runs It

CashToCode names Atlantis Interactive SRL as operator, whereas LCB names Igloo Ventures SRL and Simba N.V. A Trustpilot page snippet cites a Curacao licence number, and a search summary says Simba N.V. holds Curacao and Anjouan licences. None of this has been verified against a register.

The official site returned empty or geo-blocked content, so its terms are unread. Winningz is not the same brand as Winz.io or Winnerz.

We searched the Anjouan public register on 30 October 2026. winningz.com is not listed; a similar domain, winningzrush.com, is licensed to Stellar Ltd, and we could not confirm a link between the two.

The average loss is 4,500 x 4% = 180, and the expected balance is 100 + 100 – 180 = 20. On average you would turn a 100 deposit into about 20, so the bonus costs money.
