The withdrawal terms are restrictive too: a EUR 100 minimum, a EUR 1,500 weekly cap and forfeiture of balances on accounts inactive for six months. We have not played here.

Licence and Who Runs It

LCB's text mentions the Curacao Gaming Control Board, but its jurisdiction field says 'No license'. A promotional page claims the number 1668/JAZ2020-046. We have not verified it in any register. The format resembles an older Curacao master licence, under which casinos held sublicences; that is an observation about the number, not a finding.

No operator name and no launch year are published in our sources. The official site winthere.com returned only the title 'Win There' when fetched, so its footer and terms are unread.

Welcome Bonus: What It Is Really Worth

The first deposit bonus is 300% up to EUR 2,250 plus 100 spins, and the second is 300% up to EUR 750. The minimum deposit is EUR 15. Wagering is 30x on slots, described as the lowest rate, and time limits apply. The sources do not say whether 30x applies to the bonus alone or to deposit plus bonus (d+b, both added together), so we show both.

Worked example, assuming slots count 100% and return 96%: deposit 100, bonus 300% so 300 (well under the cap). On the bonus only: 300 x 30 = 9,000 to bet, an average loss of 360, and an expected balance of 100 + 300 – 360 = 40. On deposit plus bonus: 400 x 30 = 12,000, a loss of 480 and an expected balance of -80.

Either way the average result is below the 100 you put in, so the bonus costs money on average. The 10x rule adds a ceiling: if your lifetime deposits are EUR 500 or less, a 100 deposit allows at most 1,000 to be withdrawn.
