Our Position

Not yet tested — no verdict until our own withdrawal test. We checked the Anjouan public register on 30 October 2026 and found a valid licence for winzter.com, and our record shows no serious red flags such as unpaid winnings or regulator bans. That is not a recommendation.

An Anjouan licence is offshore, and a register entry says nothing about how quickly a casino pays. Until we have run our own deposit and withdrawal test, we neither recommend Winzter nor warn against it.

Licence and Who Runs It

The register lists licence ALSI-202412035-FI2 for Rabocse SRL, status 'valid', running from 28 December 2024 to 27 December 2026, with the domain winzter.com. The licence therefore expires within two months of our check and should be re-checked for renewal. MightyTips gives 2024 as the launch year, AskGamblers 2025.

Two cautions: search results say the Anjouan regulator states its licences are not meant for global use, and MightyTips says the licence is 'due to be reviewed'. Many spam pages wrongly claim a UK Gambling Commission licence; no official source supports that.

The bare domain winzter.com failed to resolve in our fetch tool, so the terms are unread.

Welcome Bonus: What It Is Really Worth

AskGamblers lists 200% up to EUR 500 on the first deposit. MightyTips describes three parts: 200% up to EUR 500, 100% up to EUR 1,000 and 150% up to EUR 1,500, up to EUR 3,000 in all. The minimum deposit is EUR 20. No free spins or maximum cashout are listed.

Wagering is 30x deposit plus bonus (d+b), meaning you must bet 30 times the two added together before bonus money can be withdrawn.

Worked example, assuming slots count 100% and return 96%: deposit 100, bonus 200% so 200 (below the 500 cap). Base is 300, so 300 x 30 = 9,000 to bet. The average loss is 9,000 x 4% = 360, and the expected balance is 100 + 200 – 360 = -60. On average the wagering would use up the bonus and the whole deposit, so the bonus costs money in expectation.

Deposits and Withdrawals

Methods listed are Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Giropay, Sofort, bank wire, Skrill and Neteller. Crypto includes Bitcoin, Ethereum, Tether and Dogecoin, and MightyTips mentions 16 cryptocurrencies in all. Currencies are not published in our sources.

AskGamblers gives limits of EUR 1,000 per day and EUR 2,000 per week, with a EUR 100 minimum. At EUR 2,000 a week, a EUR 10,000 win would take five weeks to withdraw. No processing time and no verification policy are published in our sources.

Games and Software

MightyTips counts more than 5,000 games from 44 providers: over 4,000 slots, about 10 table games and about 75 live dealer games. Named providers include Pragmatic Play, Play'n GO, Playtech, Novomatic and Microgaming. A sportsbook and an app are not confirmed.

Support is described differently: AskGamblers says 24/7 live chat for registered users plus email, in English only; MightyTips says email only and 11 languages. We cannot say which is correct.

A Trustpilot page exists for winzterde.com, a different domain, but we hold no rating from it. Search results for the brand are dominated by affiliate and spam pages, so we rely on AskGamblers, the affiliate MightyTips and the register.

Bottom Line

Winzter's licence appears in the Anjouan public register with a named licensee and a matching domain, which many offshore brands cannot show. Against that, the withdrawal caps are modest and the track record is short. We make no recommendation either way until our own test.

If you play at any offshore casino, set a deposit limit before you start, and remember that self-exclusion you have registered in your own country is not honoured by offshore casinos.
